A consultancy that started as an eleven-month rescue.
In 2017, our founders — three former Deloitte and Accenture architects — were called in to rescue a stalled Salesforce Health Cloud project for a major hospital network in Riyadh. The implementation had been outsourced to a generalist firm in Bangalore. The patient model didn’t speak NPHIES. The org-chart didn’t reflect Saudi medical hierarchies. Nothing worked.
It took eleven months to unwind. By month twelve, we’d rebuilt the platform from the ground up. By month fifteen, the network was live across all fourteen hospitals — and three of its competitors had asked who’d done the work.

That’s how Anchor was founded. Not as a generic IT shop, but as the team you call when Salesforce has to actually fit the GCC. Today we run engagements across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait — and we still ship every project with a named architect on the ground.
