Our Story

A consultancy that started as an eleven-month rescue.

In 2017, our founders — three former Deloitte and Accenture architects — were called in to rescue a stalled Salesforce Health Cloud project for a major hospital network in Riyadh. The implementation had been outsourced to a generalist firm in Bangalore. The patient model didn’t speak NPHIES. The org-chart didn’t reflect Saudi medical hierarchies. Nothing worked.

It took eleven months to unwind. By month twelve, we’d rebuilt the platform from the ground up. By month fifteen, the network was live across all fourteen hospitals — and three of its competitors had asked who’d done the work.

That’s how Anchor was founded. Not as a generic IT shop, but as the team you call when Salesforce has to actually fit the GCC. Today we run engagements across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait — and we still ship every project with a named architect on the ground.

Every architect on every engagement lives in the GCC. We don't run delivery from offshore satellites and we don't outsource discovery. The accent in the room matches the regulator's.

We deliver the first production-ready slice in eight to twelve weeks, then phase-roll. No two-year dark periods. No invoices without a working module behind them.

Stay through go-live · and after

Our consultants are seconded to the client past the launch quarter. We don't disappear at hyper-care exit — we transition to managed services with the same faces.

NPHIES, ZATCA Phase 2, SAMA cybersecurity, Vision 2030 alignment — encoded into our project templates, not bolted on at UAT. First-audit pass is the only acceptable outcome.

We price in fixed-scope phases. If we miss an estimate, we eat it. Three-quarters of our 2025 engagements landed at or under original budget — the figure we publish quarterly.
